We manufacture flexible sleeves and compensators for installation in process plants with customer-specific diameter and lengths for use in process plants by e.g. pipe transitions. The flexible rubber allows the system to absorb any vibrations and smoothings.
All our compensators are hot vulcanized, which provides a homogeneous, flexible and durable item.
Compensators can be supplied as cylindrical tubes, square with flanges, conical or from square to round. It is also possible to vulcanize steel flanges directly on the compensators. We can manufacture the compensators in many different materials depending on the item the system is used for - e.g. nitrile, EPDM, TPU, silicone or viton.
