Hot-vulcanized EPDM Membrane For Offshore Foundation
In this project we have made 41 of theese big membranes, which measure over 6 meters in diameter and weigh approx. 32kg.
They are all going to be installed and act as seals in 41 offshore wind turbine foundations in the Vesterhav North & South offshore wind farms.
The membranes are produced in a durable EPDM, and consist of several pieces that we have hot-vulcanized together to achieve the right shape and durability. The hot-vulcanization ensures the membranes reach the best and strongest durability than possible.
