We get many exciting projects in the door, and this is definitely one of them. In this project we have produced these special durable moulded rubber items. The items must be installed in hoof trimming and hoof care machines. The items ensure i.a. an optimal working position for the hoof trimmer, and also ensures that the cows get the correct weight distribution on all hooves, which prevents injuries. The ends are made in our molding department, where the rubber has been hot vulcanized on a steel plate. This gives the ends the necessary strength and durability, and at the same time is easy to clean. The harnesses are cut on our plotter cutter / flash cutter, which gives a uniform and nice result.
