Here is an example of a rubber product for Faerch Group that may look simple at first, but where the requirements for its durability and function are high.
For a number of years, we have been producing these rubber vacuum items in various sizes for the Faerch Group, which uses them in their fully automatic production when producing their packaging trays.
The rubber vacuum items are hot-vulcanized in our molding department, as this manufacturing method provides the necessary durability and 100% uniformity. The requirement for the durability of the rubber pallet is high, as it contributes to several million packaging trays in its lifetime.
In total, we have produced more than 50 different rubber suction cups, and when they need a new size, we can quickly manufacture a new mold in-house.
