EXTEND THE LIFETIME ON WEAR PARTS

RG ROM GUMMI has developed a special solution that effectively protects components against internal or external wear. The solution is our hot vulcanized rubber or liquid polyurea, which, with its protective properties, significantly extends the operational and service life of the component. When our protection is about to wear out, we can quickly renovate the wear layer again, and therefore you never have to replace the component and invest in a new one. Our wear-resistant solution is used today in various applications and industries, where in many cases it has outperformed steel plates as a wear layer.

Internal protection

We can apply our durable wear layer to the inner sides. An internal protection is ideal if, for example, is a continuous material that wears hard on the component. We have inspected various wearing parts, where e.g. runs through sand, gravel, granules or seawater. We can adapt the rubber 100% to the internal contours, which provides optimal and effective protection.

External protection

We can apply our durable wear layer to the external sides of the component. An external protection can, for example, used on components that are exposed to shocks and impacts. Here, the rubber ensures that the component is not damaged.
