Customer-specific solutions

With our production facilities and our own machine park in Lemvig, we have the capacity to solve even the biggest tasks in-house for the food industry. We can be responsible for the various processes that the product is part of during manufacture - this ensures you many options, high quality and fast production time. Our core competence is material knowledge of rubber compounds and manufacturing techniques.

With our 38 years of experience with technical rubber, we are equipped to guide in different rubber qualities and manufacturing methods so you get a product that fits your requirements and specifications. We are proud to be among the world leaders in hot vulcanization. Hot vulcanization is a manufacturing technique that gives the rubber an incredibly high wear resistance and durability. We typically use this technique when producing wheels, rollers or cuffs.

From scratch or renovation

We can both be part of the development and test phase for a completely new rubber product, and recreate or renovate rubber products that have worn down over time. Our experience with renovating wearing parts is that in some cases it is a cheaper solution compared to investing in a new one - also in the long run.
